Meet Dispatcher. This little man would rather sit on the sidelines. Dispatcher is the least curious out of his siblings. He prefers to stay back and observe. This little man can be found sitting up high watching and waiting. Dispatcher is the weakest of his siblings and takes advantage of his quick wit to win. 

Dispatcher enjoys the company of other cats and would do well with kids. He has not been tested with dogs.
