Bernard is an easy going guy that likes to sleep a lot and chill. He is about 14 and gets along with the other cats and dogs in his foster home. He is not great at managing too many steps anymore, but is otherwise able to get around fine. He does well with pottying outside still and would be a perfect companion for someone looking for a laid back pup to hang with.
