Dobby was abandoned at a high capacity shelter in Kentucky when he was just a few months old. Due to their overwhelming numbers his time was up when OFS pulled him. He’s only around 6-7 months old and hasn’t had a chance to really live his life yet. Dobby is friendly with people and other dogs and would love to start living a life he deserves!
