Meet Emerald!

Learning to walk on a leash
Doing very well progressing with housebreaking
*Requires a home with another small, well adjusted dog to show her how to be a dog*

**Emerald is located with our OFS East team, preference given to adopters in the central Ohio region as she will need to remain nearby for vet appointments. 

OFS rescued Emerald from a commercial breeder and she is enjoying the comforts of living in a home with her foster family. She is the sweetest little lady with the best smile! She enjoys lounging in a cozy dog bed and following her foster family around. She is nervous at first, but enjoys being held and getting lots of pets and scratches. Her gorgeous coat of silky black fur will grow in over time. Emerald has some orthopedic issues due to overbreeding/genetics and the cramped living conditions she lived in for many years.
