I'm ready for my new family!

Meet mama Shenandoah.

She was dumped at a local nature center when she was heavily pregnant. Just a few days later, she gave birth to seven kittens.

Shenandoah was an incredibly good mom and very protective of her kittens. 

Shanandoah is quiet and reserved and takes some time to warm up to new people. She trusted her foster but has struggled to feel comfortable inside of the sanctuary.

Shenandoah lives in our smaller observation area where she often finds herself tucked in the corner tower snuggling with her best friend Wren. 

She’s looking for a nice home where she can begin to relax
